In January 2026, the Group entered into a strategic partnership with Youwei Company to jointly develop an industrial park project in Cuiheng New District, Zhongshan City. Leveraging the geographical and transportation advantages of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor, the project positions itself as the "Innovation Hub of the Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Corridor." It focuses on three strategic emerging industries: new energy, advanced materials, and electronics information technology. The initiative establishes an industrial ecosystem framework of "one core, dual chains, three zones, and four engines," integrating core functions such as corporate headquarters, R&D design, pilot production, and smart manufacturing. This creates a comprehensive innovation loop encompassing "research, pilot testing, incubation, and production," enabling efficient aggregation and allocation of innovative resources.
The project will adhere to the industrial development principles of "high-end, digital, integrated, clustered, and branded" development, focusing on high-value segments and core processes of industrial chains characterized by high knowledge intensity, integration level, and complexity. By leveraging next-generation information technologies to enhance industrial quality and efficiency, it aims to promote the convergence of manufacturing and service sectors. The initiative will establish the Central Asia Olefin Valley Park's service brand reputation while building a modern industrial ecosystem that synergizes real economy, technological innovation, modern finance, and human resources. This will accelerate the formation of a high-end industrial cluster where strategic emerging industries drive traditional sectors' digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing achieves deep integration with modern services.
